Refund and Return Policy

We only accept returns for items that are defective or damaged upon arrival.

To be eligible for a return, your item must:

  • Be unused and in the same condition that you received it

  • Have a clear and proven defect or damage

  • Be returned within 7 days of delivery

We do not accept returns for:

  • Change of mind

  • Incorrect purchase

  • Items that were damaged after delivery due to misuse or mishandling

Returns are only accepted for defective or damaged items. Please email us at support@openaudiohome.com with your order details and supporting images. Once approved, we will provide the return address and instructions.

If your return is approved, we will provide you with the return address and instructions.

Refunds will be issued to your original payment method once we receive and inspect the item.

Shipping costs for return are the responsibility of the customer, unless the item was defective or damaged due to our error.
