Return Policy
We want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. If, for any reason, the product does not meet your expectations, you may return it in its original condition within 35 days of delivery. Upon receiving your return, we will promptly arrange a refund, replacement, or exchange.
For customers in the United States, return shipping costs will be covered by us. For international returns, shipping fees are the responsibility of the customer, and the package must be clearly identified as a return to avoid additional import charges.

Warranty
OpenAudio warrants that its products shall be free from defects in materials and workmanship for a period of two (2) year from the date of original shipment.
This warranty does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation, nor that all errors can be corrected.
This warranty shall not apply to damage or failures resulting from the following causes:
- Use of accessories, parts, or components not supplied or authorized by OpenAudio.
- External causes such as accident, abuse, misuse, or improper operation not in accordance with the product instructions.
- Products with housings that have been opened, tampered with, or modified.
- Products with missing or altered serial numbers.
